Vittoria Technology is honored to be recognized as a winner in Agence Française de Développement’s Digital Energy Challenge for our Battery Bank Africa platform. The award will allow us to build on our work making advanced batteries affordable and accessible to the African mini-grid sector. The grant and support will help us to refine our innovative digital platform and expand the reach of our work.
Meeting and engaging with our fellow energy access entrepreneurs and the Digital Energy Facility team in Marseille was incredibly inspiring and energizing. We look forward to continuing to build the community and collaborating to achieve our collective goal of making electricity clean and affordable for the 600 million people in sub-Saharan Africa currently without access.
