Vittoria Technology and its partners Aceleron & MeshPower were selected as winners in Innovate UK’s Energy Catalyst Round 9. The announcement was made by the UK government at COP27.
Launching early 2023 our project, one of 16 winners working on energy access in Africa, will focus on Uganda & Rwanda using Vittoria Technology’s innovative, digital battery leasing platform, Battery Bank Africa, and Aceleron’s 2nd life batteries to scale several Mesh Power sites in the region.
